Frankie’s Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee micro-roastery here in sunny SWFL. All of our coffee is fresh and roasted to order. We are proudly woman-owned and are moving towards a more sustainable future by roasting all of our coffee on a roaster that runs on electricity rather than gas.
Here at Frankie’s, our mission is to roast coffee that tastes unique yet comfortingly familiar. We strive to uphold a culture of education within the coffee community, and highlight smaller farms and sometimes uncommon origins. We think that just a cup of black coffee holds something so special, so Frankie’s Coffee is roasted with that simplicity at the forefront of our minds.

Fresh coffee is good coffee. Many grocery store brands have to roast their coffees to the point of burning them, so they can last while they sit on a shelf. Here at Frankie’s, we roast all of our coffees to order, so you can enjoy flavorful, fresh coffee.

Most coffee companies use gas-powered roasters, which are extremely harmful to the environment. Here at Frankie’s, our roaster is all-electric, and we strive to continue to move the coffee industry into a more sustainable direction.

On average, small coffee farmers receive only $1 per pound of coffee they produce. Many farmers live off of as little as $250 per year, and in recent years, some farms have had difficulty finding workers due to the low wages. This is why we believe in supporting these small farms by paying fair prices for the coffees we source. At the end of the day, the coffee farmers are the most important people in the coffee industry.

Here at Frankie’s, we are constantly rotating our offerings. This way, not only are you always getting freshly roasted coffee, but freshly produced as well. Our green coffee isn’t sitting on our shelves for very long. It also gives our customers the chance to taste a variety of different coffees year-round, and more often - which is more fun.
